Terms

1. Signed contract with 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days.
2. The customer is responsible for making sure that all rented equipment is protected from all weather conditions.
3. The customer is responsible for damaged, broken, or missing items and will be charged accordingly.
4. All decorations must be removed from all rented items including, but not limited to tents, canopies, tables, chairs, etc., ABSOLUTELY NO STAPLES, NAILS OR TACKS.
5. We set up tents, tables, and chairs as per diagram for party packages.
6. Delivery men are not permitted to move household furniture as they are not covered by insurance for such work.
7. Rates on this site are subject to change at any time.
